Bean’s Best. This is the highest form of corporate recognition, reinforcing our belief that exemplary performance and outstanding effort should be recognized. Employees nominate their co-workers for outstanding performance and all employees are eligible to be selected as “Bean’s Best.”
Company Gift. Year round employees receive a one-time congratulatory gift card for special lifetime events such as marriage and the birth or adoption of a child.
Service Award. This program is designed to thank employees for their years of dedication to L.L.Bean. Service is recognized in 5-year increments and awards range from a paid day off to varying levels of recognition.
